In partnership with Seppelt Great Western, we’re showcasing a Grampians staple, St Peters Shiraz for a one night food and wine experience as part of the Grampians Fine Wine Festival.

The idea is simple.

You’ll taste St Peters first on its own, then return to the very same wine alongside three carefully considered food pairings.

Same wine. Different food. A completely different tasting experience each time.

Blueberry and plum. Violet and bay leaf. Dark chocolate, pepper, flint, spice and fine graphite tannins. St Peters has plenty going on in the glass, and each pairing gives you the chance to see what comes forward, what softens and what you might suddenly notice for the first time.

Guided by Seppelt Great Western’s in house sommelier, you’ll taste, pair and compare as you go, learning why food can have such an impact on the way we experience wine.
